Turnmore Manufacturing is located in Casper, Wyoming, where we offer a full line of custom machining services to a variety of different industries.
Our primary services include manual machining, CNC turning, CNC milling, and carbide welding and grinding. We utilize Mori Seiki CNC machines ensuring the highest level of accuracy possible. Our Mori Seikis are used in conjunction with Mastercam, allowing us to create complex geometries custom tailored to suit your needs.

CNC MACHINING, CONVENTIONAL MACHINING, THREAD REPAIRS, CARBIDE WELDING AND GRINDING
Our Hollow Spindle CNC Mori Seikis can swing parts up to 51” OD. Our Mori Seikis are fully loaded with live tooling (milling), high pressure coolant, Re-threading capabilities, and much more.
Turnmore Manufacturing provides thread repairs (face and chase) on both conventional machines, as well as CNC machines. All threads are cut in accordance with the latest API specifications. Thread quality and accuracy are ensured on every connection, using our calibrated measuring tools. All thread dimensions are recorded and maintained, at no additional charge.
Turnmore Manufacturing excels in Carbide welding and grinding. Our mills are held to a .002″ OD tolerance and .001″ T.I.R. (total indicator runout), ensuring greater accuracy and longer life downhole.
